US Military M4 bayonet, mid-20th century, designed for the M1 Carbine. The hilt features black horizontally-ribbed composition grips, a steel crossguard with an integral muzzle ring, and a pommel with a dual-lever latching mechanism. The assembly includes a commercial black leather sheath embossed with the Ka-Bar maker’s mark.
