Description
framed print on paper is titled ‘Tour de France’ by the Bolivian artist Graciela Rodo Boulanger. The composition features five figures in a vertically stacked arrangement, each riding a bicycle or tricycle. The figures are rendered in a naive, stylized manner with rounded faces, wearing brightly colored garments with striped and checkered patterns. The artwork is set against a light, textured background with a dark, vertical band on the right. The work is signed Graciela Rodo Boulanger in script in the upper right corner. It is housed behind glazing in a wide white mat and a thin-profile black frame. Frame measures 27 x 26 inches
