We can't tell you just how very pleased we are about the excellent way you handled the auction of our Mom's estate. Your ads are truthful . You do search attics, basements and garages. Who knew you would find
over $2000. worth of antiques in the garage when we thought it was full of junk!! Selling an estate and a lifetime of memories can be a dreaded and sad thing to have to do, but you stayed with us and worked side by
side with us to help make our decisions easier. You are very warm and friendly at the same time being very knowledgeable and professional. You do all the research and definitely got the most money for our
items. The preview time several days before the auction is a great way to allow the public an opportunity to view the auction contents. Your advertising is excellent. When we decided to sell our collection of antiques and specialty items, our first Email was to the Lodge Auction. From our first conversations with Steve & Lisa, we knew they were the house we were going to consign our items to. We found Steve and Lisa to be straight-forward, honest, compassionate and kind. This decision to sell could have been traumatic and stressful, but Steve, Lisa and the entire staff at the Lodge Auction made the entire process pleasant and exciting. Once our items were sold we received our check, a listing of the items sold and a nice note from Lisa. We were very impressed with the overall organization and handling of our auction items. The Lodge Auction is a first class act from the people to the website to the order of sale to the auction itself.
